On January 20, 2025, the Times Hall of Crowne Plaza Hotel Kunming shone brightly with laughter and joy as the annual awards ceremony and New Year gala, themed “Striving for Excellence, Advancing with Steadfast Vision”, commenced in grandeur. Company leaders and employees gathered to honor outstanding achievements, pay tribute to exemplary role models, and envision a promising future, collectively heralding a new chapter with passion and brilliance.  

Prelude to Glory: Employee Arrival & Cultural Journey

  At 4:00 PM, the entrance hall welcomed attendees with a “Time Tunnel” exhibition—a vivid chronicle of the company’s milestones and accolades. Walking through this immersive journey, employees relived Jiawa’s relentless perseverance and growth, deepening their understanding of the company’s spirit. In front of the themed photo wall, staff paused to capture the moment with radiant smiles, immortalizing this precious occasion.  

Next, guests passed through a futuristic 3D holographic light-and-water-mist gate, where swirling mist and projected the event’s emblem, creating a dreamlike portal to the evening’s festivities. This fusion of technology and artistry set a mystical yet solemn tone for the grand ceremony ahead.  

Awards Ceremony: Moments of Honor, Power of Exemplars 

  At 5:08 PM, amid resounding applause, the Chairman and General Managers of various business divisions entered the venue, marking the official start of the ceremony. Chairman Zhou delivered the New Year address, reflecting on the company’s journey and sharing insights on long-term vision, stakeholder-centric values, and three decades of expansive growth. His steadfast voice resonated across the hall, met with thunderous applause. The awards segment began with a stirring video that traced the company’s extraordinary journey through time and ambition. The Outstanding Employee Award kicked off the honors, with two groups of employees taking the stage as clips highlighted their dedication and diligence. Their heartfelt speeches, filled with passion for their work, inspired all to strive for excellence.  

  The Outstanding Team Award went to two teams: the Huafu Mold Team for the “Best Performance Breakthrough Award” and the Precision Industry Team for the“Best Performance Growth Award”. Both teams exemplified innovation and collaboration, driving remarkable results in competitive markets. The emotional peak arrived with the Decade of Dedication Award, honoring three groups of veteran employees whose ten-year commitment laid the foundation for Jiawa’s success.   At 6:36 PM, the hall dimmed as the gala commenced with a dazzling light show and the immersive video “Building Dreams”, blending technology and art. Hosts energized the crowd, launching a three-act celebration of Jiawa’s journey:  

1. “Reflecting on the Past, Honoring Origins”: The soulful melody of “The Original Dream” paired with dancers and a custom MV rekindled collective aspirations. A sand-art performance and poetry recital, “Thirty Years of Glory: Journey Toward Light”, narrated Jiawa’s three-decade saga, while a chorus of “I Believe” and a retro dance medley “Dancing Through Time” ignited nostalgia and joy.  

2. “Uniting Forces, Creating Excellence”: The modern dance “The Journey” depicted the company’s fearless strides forward, culminating in the raising of the FAF flag—a symbol of unwavering resolve. The magic act “Moment of Wonder”enthralled the audience, culminating in a New Year blessing revealed on cards. A comedy skit “Tang Dynasty Beauties” and tech-inspired dance “Portal of Time” added laughter and futuristic flair.  

3. “Embracing the Future, Sharing Brilliance”: A violin solo and 40-member chorus performed “Starry Seas”, blending melody and harmony to inspire grand ambitions. The jazz dance “Busy Harvest” and flute rendition of “Boundless Skies” electrified the atmosphere, while “We Are All Dream Chasers” closed the night with a rousing anthem of unity.  

  The gala concluded in a crescendo of applause, marking not only a celebration of past triumphs but also a bold leap into a future brimming with possibilities. Together, Jiawa’s people reaffirmed their commitment to excellence, stability, and shared success.
